We have a need to clean up our act.  Yes, the way we have been misusing our recycling bins has become an issue.  Lacey has received calls from our garbage company with their complaints and our gardening volunteers are tired of having to nearly climb into the bins to re-sort what has been incorrectly thrown into the bins.  Please help change this situation by following the instructions that are printed on the top of each of the recycling containers.  And if you have large boxes and pieces of cardboard, please do not leave them outside the bins.  They become a soggy mess that our volunteers then need to deal with.  Be courteous. Break them up and if there are a lot of them, take them to a recycle drop spot such as the one at Safeway on the corner of Yelm Highway and College St.  Also, the walled area adjacent to our recycle bins has become a repository for cans and other items.  Neither the youth nor any other church group is collecting cans, so please do not bring yours to the church.  Thank you so much for your help.
