Saint Benedict

Peggy Carmichael Bio

My husband, Bob, and I found our church home at St. Benedict shortly after moving to Olympia in 2001.  I am retired from an international company in Federal Way where I held a variety of positions – the last was contingent workforce manager for the company in the U.S. As Vicar’s Warden, I am privileged to be a support to the Vicar and a member of our governing body, the Bishop’s Committee. This is an exciting time at St. Benedict as we look toward the future and God’s call to us to serve in the Lacey/Olympia area. Come! See!  We welcome all people as we strive to be God’s hands in the community.

When I am not at St. B’s helping with our feeding ministry or other ministries, you might find me knitting, reading, cooking, walking, or in nice weather, attempting to better a golf game that is in all ways an exercise designed to keep me humble.
